Serious incident TF-BBD (Boeing 737-300) during climb from Milano Airport

During climb from MLA to CGN, after maintenance, the airplane could not maintain cabin pressure. The Icelandic Transportation Safety Board (ITSB) decided not to write a formal report regarding this serious incident and closed the case during a board meeting on December 4, 2013.
